46 yr old Eric Guynes of Mtn Home has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a stabbing that happened yesterday. 911 reported of a call they received just after 5 am Wednesday morning with the caller saying they had been stabbed several times and needed help. The person stabbed was a male, his name has not yet been released but Guynes was accused of the alleged stabbing. EMS transported the victim to Baxter Regional Medical Center where he is being treated. According to authorities, a fire was also set at the same location as the stabbing. Bond for Eric Guynes was set at $500,000 but he is also being held without bond in Baxter County.
