Authorities in Izard County are searching for a man accused of rape. 51 year old George Tunnicliff of Dolph is facing three felony counts of rape and a felony count of residential burglary. Tunicliff’s daughter told authorities that he touched her inappropriately when she was 4 or 5 years old, she is now an adult. A 15 year old told authorities that when she was between 10 and 12 that Tunnicliff had touched her inappropriately.
