The Attorney for Angeline Ryan of West Plains has filed a motion for acquittal or in the alternative, a motion for a new trial. Ryan was found guilty earlier this month of 1st degree armed criminal action in connection with the 2015 shooting of Tammy Shipp who was Ryan’s Daughter-in-law at the time. The State has 10 days to respond to the motion.
