More Details have been released about the deadly boating accident on Spring River this past weekend. ECNN has learned that Donald Wright of Searcy died after he attempted to rescues to others from the whirlpool that had developed near Saddler falls. The two were injured and one had to be flown from the scene to a hospital. Authorities with the U.S Army Corp of Engineers, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office have installed buoys and roped off the area where the whirlpool is. The River is still open but the roped off area is not.
