The Shannon County Sheriff’s deputies arrested the chief of police in Eminence, Mo. for domestic assault. Officers arrested Chief Steven Hogan Saturday. He faces a second-degree felony assault charge. Authorities booked him into the Texas County Jail. He is free after posting $5,000 bond.
