An arrest warrant has been issued for a Mammoth Spring man. 26 year old Gregory Stephen Hurdler, who is said to be mentally disabled allegedly sexually assaulted a 5 year old boy in a bathroom at a convenience store in Ash Flat. Investigators told the parents of the boy that due to Hurdles mental state it is unlikely he will be prosecuted, however prosecuting attorney Henry Boyce allegedly said his office is pursuing charges in the case.
