Fulton County Man Faces several Charges After Calling 911

A Fulton County man who called 911 to report his truck being stolen now faces several charges. 25 year old Jordin Davis called 911 and allegedly cursed the operator. When a officer went to take his statement Davis said his girlfriend took his truck and he demanded someone bring it back. Davis allegedly appeared to be intoxicated, he then reportedly cursed the officer. Davis was arrested for cursing at the operator and abusing the 911 system. While he was in the patrol vehicle, he started to threaten the officer with violence. The deputy removed Davis from the vehicle and placed leg shackles on him , with the suspect kicking and fighting the officer. after getting Davis restrained, Davis’ girlfriend told the officer that the night before Davis had drug her out of bed by her feet and hair and poured several beers on her, then allegedly punched her in the back of the head and grabbed her by the throat squeezing until she nearly passed out. Davis then allegedly said he was going to kill himself and got a rifle and went outside and fired several shots. The woman’s young son was present during the altercation. Davis is charged with felony third degree escape and aggravated assault on a family member, misdemeanor terroristic threatening, resisting arrest/refusal to submit to arrest, assault, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. His bond was set at $25,000. Davis was also ordered not to have any contact with the woman of her son.
