A Mammoth Spring man was killed over the weekend, when he was pinned under the bucket of a tractor. According to the Fulton Count Sheriff Albert Roork,  Joey Pendarvis was taking some barrels back of a field to dump, he stopped the  tractor and got off to unload the barrels from the bucket of the tractor when the tractor rolled forward and the bucket pinned him underneath. Mr Pendarvis was trapped under the bucket all night. The Next morning his wife, found him pinned under the tractor and called for help. When the Chief Deputy arrived they lifted the bucket off Pendarvis who was alert and was taken to a hospital where he passed away. The Sheriff said that Pendarvis’ wife told him it was not uncommon for him to work late so she went on to bed and did not realize he was still gone until the next morning.
