Man From Thayer Has Case Delayed Again

A man from Thayer who is accused of assaulting the former Koshkonong City Clerk last year had his case delayed again. 63 year old Everett Lundry was charged with felony second degree assault. He was scheduled to be in court September 11th but had his case delayed until October 9th then delayed again until November 9th and now it has been delayed until January 15th at 9am. The latest delay comes after the Election on November 6th saw the for Prosecuting attorney Justin Nelson Lose to Justin Kelley.  Kelley takes office in January.
