A man from Ava has been arrested for domestic assault. Bobby Cole III was arrested after the Sheriff’s Office received a call of an ongoing domestic disturbance east of Ava. Cole is charged with first degree felony domestic assault. Bond has been set at $50,000 Cash Only.
