A Harrison Arkansas Man has died in the Baxter County Detention Center. The Baxter county Sheriff’s Office reports that 53 year old Frank Salvadore Compton was found at 3:19 Wednesday morning while a jail check was being conducted. Efforts to revive Compton were unsuccessful. Compton was arrested at the Baxter County Regional Hospital allegedly trying to break into vehicles. He had been taken to The Hospital by ambulance on Tuesday then released. Compton’s body was sent to the Arkansas State crime Lab in Little Rock for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
