Bond has been reduced for a Mountain Home woman who was arrested after a welfare check on four young children. 29 year old Samantha Simpson was arrested after the check found conditions so bad that the children were removed from the home. The children are from 2 to 8 years old. Simpson was arrested along with 27 year old Steven Gauger on a number of drug related charges and 4 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
