A man from Cotter gets 6 years probation in Baxter County. 54 year old Mark Dohrman was arrested last year when a special response team from the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections went to a home in Cotter in an attempt to apprehend a woman on outstanding warrants. Dohrman was there and authorities requested to search the home. Officers found drugs, and paraphernalia along with a shotgun. Dohrman was originally charged with a number of felonies.
