Five people face child endangerment charges in four separate cases. 28 year old Laticia Jean Vaughn of west Plains is charged with 3 counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child and 1 count of possession of a controlled substance. she was released on $5,000 bond. 50 year old Sean Boyer of West Plains is charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 1 count of endangering the welfare of a child. 48 year old Julie Martin of Thayer is charged with 3 counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child. and 25 year old Danielle Nichole Hober and 22 year old Shane Skyler Coe both of West Plains both face charges of endangering the welfare of a child and several drug charges. Bond was set at $10,000 each.
