A Salem Arkansas man has been arrested on rape charges. 44 year old Todd Lemon was arrested in connection with the rape of a 14 year old in 2016. The Victim allegedly told authorities that Lemon had sexually assaulted her for more than a year. Both Lemon and the victim’s mother were interviewed in 2016 but both denied it. Recently the victim’s mother was re-interviewed and Lemon was arrested. his bond was set at $50,000. Arkansas State police are investigating the case.
