The Izard County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of two men from Dolph on felony drug charges. 47 year old Edwin Teegarden and 42 year old Travis Owens are both charged with possession of a controlled substance-meth, possession of drug paraphernalia-meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Teegarden is also charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. Owens also faces charges of furnishing prohibited articles. Owens is being held on $20,000 bond, while Teegarden is being held without bond. Both men are scheduled to be in court August 13th
