A man from Thayer was arrested in West Plains on both Howell and Oregon County felony charges. 37 year old Victor Carl Burton was arrested on Howell County charges for first degree sexual abuse and resisting arrest and Oregon County Charges of second degree domestic assault, armed criminal action and third degree domestic assault. His bond was set at $80,000.
