Four people have been arrested on murder charges in connection with a body found in Southern Independence County. Authorities say the body of 49 year old James Bushart was found in a dumpster. 41 year old Christy Lea Dennis, 44 year old Robert Lloyd Clark, 41 year old Timothy Joe Hubman and 64 year old Robert Garner allegedly killed Bushart in Lonoke County then drove to southern Independence County and dumped his body in the dumpster. All four are charged with Capital murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence. They are all being held without bond.
