A man charged with 114 counts of child pornography was in court Wednesday in Marion County and changed his plea to guilty. 66 year old Frank Nance faces 114 charges related to child pornography, rape, producing child pornography and sexually grooming children. He is already serving 20 years in prison on other child pornography charges.
