5 People Were Injured In Three Accidents Friday Locally

Two people were injured in an accident Friday afternoon in Shannon County. The highway Patrol reports that 50 year old Tina Hopper of Birch Tree and 65 year old Lynette Barger of Foristell both suffered moderate injuries when Hopper failed to yield at an intersection and was hit by the vehicle that Barger was driving. The accident happened on U.S 60 in Birth Tree, Both Hopper and Barger were taken to OMC in West Plains.

 

 

A Texas County man was injured in an accident west of Houston Friday morning. 62 year old Steven Breedlove suffered moderate injuries when sideswiped another vehicle then traveled off the road and hit a tree. Breedlove was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on highway 17 about 4 miles west of Houston.

 

 

 

Two people were injured in an accident north of Licking Friday morning. According to the Highway Patrol report, 17 year old Kalee Brazier of Licking suffered moderate injuries and a juvenile from Licking suffered minor injuries when Brazier drove off the road and hit a post, a telephone pole and a fence and overturned the car she was driving. The accident happened on highway C about three miles north of Licking.
