Authorities in Independence County have arrested a man after a motorcycle chase that reached speeds over 90 mph. 40 year old Andy Osburn was charged with driving while suspended, no motorcycle endorsement, fleeing, speeding, failure to pay registration fees and no vehicle insurance. Osburn will be in court November 13th.
