Izard County Authorities are reporting the arrest of a suspect in a shooting on October 17th. 19 year old Jonathan Torres of Melbourne was arrested late last night in Mount Pleasant. The Shooting happened last Thursday in Sage and left one person with non-life threatening injuries. Torres is being held in Izard County and will be in Court on Wednesday.
