A Mountain View Arkansas Man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in Batesville. 37 year old Kevin Lee Day was arrested for felony possession of less than 2 grams of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to store, contain or conceal meth and possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to inject, ingest or inhale meth. Misdemeanor Possession of less than 28 grams of a schedule IV controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to inject, ingest or inhale a controlled substance.
