Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce Withdraws From Rebecca O’Donnell Murder Trial

The Prosecuting attorney in the Rebecca O’Donnell murder trial has moved to be relieved as prosecuting attorney in the case. O’Donnell is accused of killed for state lawmaker Linda Colins. Henry Boyce filed te motion for withdrawl which was granted by Judge John Fogelman. O’Donnell is charged with capitol murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence. Prosecutors have said that they would seek the death penalty. The Arkansas State Police has requested an administrative lockdown on O’Donnell. O’Donnell has pleaded not guilty.
