A plane crashed in Willow Springs on Sunday afternoon. The crash happened just after 3 pm near business 60 in Willow Springs just missing a home. The pilot who’s name has not been release, reportedly suffered only minor injuries. Authorities say the 78 year old pilot apparently experienced some type of mechanical issue in the experimental kit plane he was flying and crashed about 700 feet short on an air strip behind a home off business 60. The FAA will investigate the crash.
