A Howell County man has been arrested for violating an order of protection. 30 year old Justin Stiner allegedly went to a home of a woman who has an order of protection against him. Stiner got into an argument with another man and a shot was fired by the other man. Stiner was arrested on five counts of violating an order of protection. His bond was set at $2,500.
