Fulton County Judge Jim Kendrick has been found guilty of felony theft of property. Judge Kendrick was arrested and charged after it was discovered that county employees and equipment were used to work on his driveway. A Jury of 7 women and 5 men deliberated for about 4 hours today before returning with a guilty verdict. Kendrick reportedly reimbursed the County $1,812 for the equipment, material and labor. Judge Kendrick was fined $10,000
