An Ozark County woman’s murder trial has been delayed again. Rebecca Rudd was set to go to trial on Monday in Taney County, but had her trial delayed for the fifth time. Rudd and her husband Robert Peat Jr are accused of killing her 16 year old daughter Savannah Leckie in 2017. The trial was moved from Ozark County to Taney County on a change of venue. Judge Calvin Holden was assigned to hear the case but his son went missing in late December. Yesterday his son’s body, was found. Holden is the third judge assigned to the case.
