Three Rivers Basketball coach Gene Bess is two wins shy of the 1300 mark. Three Rivers game Thursday with Arkansas Baptist was cancelled. Bess could hit win number 1299 Saturday at home at 7:00 p.m. against West Kentucky. Bess is in his 50th season at Three Rivers and is the winningest coach in college basketball history. Milestone Win number 1,300 could come as early as next Tuesday in the semi-finals of the region 16 tournament.
