A Mountain View Missouri man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Friday night in Howell county. 21 year old Michael Hoffrichter was arrested on a felony Pulaski County warrant for amphetamines and for failure to affix license plate and no seat belt. He was taken to Howell County jail
