A Former Mountain Home Roofer pled guilty to taking money for jobs and never doing the work. 30 year old John Downing will be sentenced on March 19th allowing him time to pay victim restitution. The sentence may be modified if he pays restitution. Downing was in Baxter County Circuit Court.
