Three West Plains residents were injured in an accident North of West Plains Wednesday afternoon. According to the Highway patrol report, 32 year old Benjamine Dionne drove off the road and hit a tree. Dionne and two passengers, 22 year old Amber Moore and a juvenile all suffered minor injuries. All three were taken to Ozarks Medical Center. Dionne was charged with DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the road resulting in an accident. The accident happened on County road 1710 about a mile north of West Plains.
