The State Fire Marshall is investigating an early morning fire in West Plains Sunday. A Neighbor discovered the fire and called authorities. The Neighbor’s house reportedly suffered heat damage to the siding and shutters. The house that was reported on fire was vacant at the time was totally destroyed by the fire.
