West Plains Police report the arrest of a man from Poplar Bluff. Tuesday morning the West Plains PD stopped a vehicle that had been reported stolen in Jonesboro. A suspect in the vehicle, 29-year-old Giovanni Lane was arrested after officers recovered approximately 19.1 grams of a white crystal substance from the vehicle along with drug paraphernalia. Lane was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges for tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Howell County detention Center.
