A Mountain View Missouri man has been arrested after allegedly making marijuana brownies. 77-year-old John C. Manning was arrested and charged with one count of manufacture of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Lab results showed the brownies contained 89.2 grams of THC. Manning could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
