The Arkansas Game & Fish Commission has made some changes in regulations. The commission has changed the combined daily limit of hybrid striped bass and striped bass from 3 last year to 6 this year. The game and Fish Commission also announced that leaving a loading area without first removing all the boat plugs is no longer legal, with an exception for on-site tournament weigh-ins with written permission.
