Two West Plains residents were injured in an accident Wednesday afternoon north of West Plains. The Highway Patrol reports that 61-year-old Ravonda Thompson and 76-year-old Donald Benson both suffered minor injurie when a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Jared Thompson hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Donald Benson as Benson slowed to turn. Both Thompson and Benson were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on highway 63 about 5 miles north of West Plains.
