The Courthouse in Ripley County will begin phase 2 Wednesday. According to officials they will move back to phase 2 after moving to phase 1 back in November. The reason for the change is because of the decreasing number of coronavirus positive cases in recent weeks. Under phase 2 the court will be allowed to increase the numbers of individuals in the courtroom to a total of 25. The court remains under phase 2 until further notice.
