The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a Ripley County Man. 42-year-old Roy Tippen of Fairdealing was arrested for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, driving while revoked, and operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in a crash. He was taken to the Ripley County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
