A man from Thayer was injured in an accident Saturday afternoon east of Thayer. The Highway Patrol reports that 65-year-old Kenneth Moore was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the truck he was driving. Moore was ejected from the truck. He was flown to Region One Health Medical Center in Memphis. Moore was also charge with DWI. The accident happened on highway EE about 10 miles east of Thayer.
