Troop G Of The Highway Patrol Reports Several Felony Arrests

Troop G of the Missouri State Highway patrol is reporting several felony arrests over the weekend. Friday 26-year-old Christopher Purdy of Independence Missouri was arrested in Texas County on charges of felony possession of meth, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County jail and place on a 24-hour hold.

Saturday the Highway patrol arrested 45-year-old Daniel Bland of Birch Tree. Bland was arrested on a warrant for felony failure to appear dangerous drugs from Henry County, driving while suspended and no seat belt, He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and is being held without bond.

Sunday the Patrol arrested 31-year-old Derrick Zitter of Mountain View on a felony Howell County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor Willow Springs Warrant for unlawful plates and a misdemeanor Willow Springs warrant for no insurance. He was taken to Howell County jail.

Also on Sunday, 27-year-old Trenton Farr of Marshfield was arrested in Douglas County on a felony parole violation warrant, felony possession of meth, resisting arrest by fleeing, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, improper window tint, failure to affix a license plate, and no seat belt.  He was taken to the Douglas County jail and is being held without bond.

Sunday afternoon the Highway Patrol arrested 28-year-old Harley Crownover of Ava on a felony Texas County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Crownover was taken to the Texas County Jail.
