A man from Norfork was killed in an ATV accident on Baxter County. 31-year-old Justin Alan Underwood was killed when according to reports he was going down a steep hill into a curve and he began to skid on gravel. Underwood lost control of the ATV and rolled it. Underwood was not wearing a helmet. The accident happened on County road 108 in Baxter County.
