The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Norwood on several charges Sunday. 25 year old Staci Collins was charged with felony possession of meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of stolen property, operating a motor vehicle with vision reducing material, driving while suspended, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana-prior offender. Collins was arrested around 6 Sunday afternoon in Wright County.
