A Franklin Arkansas man who owned the Sears Hometown Store in Mountain Home has been charged with taking over $21,000 from Sears. 40-year-old Jerrell Ray Hightower is charged with theft of property, forgery, and falsifying business records. He is free on a $25,000 bond.
