Authorities from the Mammoth Spring Police Department are reporting the arrest of an illegal immigrant at the Mammoth Spring Reunion.
According to a probable cause affidavit from MSPD, 33-year-old Manuel Hernandez was arrested by Police Officer Jamie Turnbough on Wednesday evening after nudging an underage female, pouring a drink on her, and as Hernandez started to get closer to the girl, she ran away for help.
He is facing charges now of assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of marijuana.
Hernandez is currently in the Fulton County Jail, his court date is set for August 13.
