Longtime West Plains Civic Center Operations Manager Jim Weaver was honored for his nearly 28 years of service to the Civic Center and the City of West Plains during a retirement reception Tuesday morning after the board meeting. Civic Center Director Eryn Walters, left, is shown presenting Jim a plaque to commemorate his years of service.
