Izard County Sheriff’s Office Arrest report for Last week

The following individuals were incarcerated last week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

Alexander Blake Rouse, 31, of Salem was transferred to jail November 14 on a return to court order.

Roy Hutchinson, 46, of Melbourne was arrested November 14 for contempt of court.

Halle Morgan Dyer, 23, of Sage was incarcerated November 14 on a return to court order.

Richard Clayton Branscum, 33, of Calico Rock was arrested November 14 for residential burglary, a class B felony, five counts theft of property, class D felonies, and probation violation. Bond was set at $20,000.

Michael Thompson, 68, of Dolph was arrested November 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd Degree.

 Susan Hellums, 44, of Melbourne was arrested November 15 for theft of property.

Larry Hagan, 43, of Dolph was arrested November 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of minor 3rd Degree.

Brandon Gilbert, 42, of Oxford was jailed November 15 and awaiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Correction.

Anita Walde, 56, of Glencoe was arrested November 15 for contempt of court.

Roy Hagan, 18, of Calico Rock was arrested November 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Vickie Thompson, 65, of Dolph was arrested November 15 for domestic battery 3rd Degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the 3rd Degree.

Michelle Reins, 53, of Melbourne was arrested November 15 for contempt of court.

Heather Frank, 37, of Newark was arrested November 15 for contempt of court.

Richard Kyle Cohn, 35, of Calico Rock was arrested November 15 for failure to appear.

Matthew Page Garner, 34, of Sage was arrested November 17 and placed on hold for ADC.

Matthew Lee Champion, 22, of Conway was arrested November 18 for failure to appear.

Christopher Hallowell, 37, of Melbourne was arrested November 18 for Violation of Omnibus DWI Act, no vehicle license, no proof of insurance, possession of an open container of alcohol and no turn signal.

Lance Stephenson, 20, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested November 19 for Violation of Omnibus DWI Act, unsafe vehicle, purchase, possession of intoxicating liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Christopher Curtis, 53, of Calico Rock was arrested November 19 for Violation of Omnibus DWI Act.

Toby Neil Cox, 20, was arrested November 20 and placed on a felony hold.
