The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department is reporting the arrest of a man on Friday after they received a report on a vehicle parked near the residence, turning its headlights off and on. When deputies arrived they found Kenneth Prock was highly intoxicated and in possession of a firearm. During the arrest, Prock threatened to kill law enforcement if they continued to arrest him.
A warrant was issued for Prock for DWI Chronic Offender Class C Felony, Unlawful possession of a firearm Class D Felony, Harassment 2nd degree, Operate a vehicle without a valid license.
The bond was set at $1500 cash only.
