The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 39-year-old Lillie Ratliff suffered serious injuries when she failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the roadway. Ratliff was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Highway 21, about 200 yards north of Highway 142, two miles west of Doniphan.
