On Sunday night, it was announced that Arkansas, Missouri, and Missouri State had all made the field in the Women’s National Invitational Tournament. On Monday, all three teams learned the details about their opening round games as the WNIT released its bracket.
Arkansas will start off with home court advantage as they welcome Louisiana Tech to Fayetteville Thursday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 at Bud Walton Arena.
Missouri will also begin the tournament in front of their home crowd at Columbia. The Tigers will be paired with Illinois State Thursday evening at 7 at Mizzou Arena.
Missouri State’s first game in the tournament will be Wednesday evening. The Lady Bears will be in Lincoln to take on Nebraska. Tip-off at Pinnacle Bank Arena is scheduled for 6.
